The Archery Learning Center Snellville Stingers JOAD program is looking for a few assistant coaches.
Learn to teach archery from the best and make a difference in the community. Our growing program is teaching kids to be competitors on the range and in life. Be a part of our growing team.
We are seeking motivated team members who believe deeply in the Archery Learning Center's mission and who display a record of achievement in effective supervision & management of youth, teaching archery skills and techniques, building positive relationships and ensuring the safety and well-being of people of all ages.
Group supervision of JOAD Shooters with attention to: behavior and group management, health and safety, security, and personal and skill development under the guidance of the ALC Head Coach. Assistant Coaches will be required to ensure safety of shooters and team members in and out of the archery range. Enforce all archery range rules and regulations. Supervision of the archery range during program hours. Assistant Coaches will give instruction to JOAD Kids between the ages of 6 and 19 with different ability levels. Archers will score monthly for advancement and pin awards from USA Archery.
You will need range management skills to lead the activity and effectively create a fun environment where everyone feels included. Work effectively with fellow assistant coaches and collaborate with the head coach to maintain proper direction and advancement of the program.
Work closely with with the Head Coach to learn operate under the ALC Method. Serve as a positive role model to young archers Follow the Archery Learning Center Code and maintain the ALC Method of teaching at all times Exhibit ALC Core Values at all times and to adhere to all company policies Have fun Other responsibilities as assigned

Ability to push/pull, lift and carry a minimum of 35lbs
Endurance to work inside or outside and on your feet for 6-8 hours per day
Ability to respond appropriately to emergency situations .
Good physical condition which enables candidate to execute all responsibilities associated with this position.
You must be able to pass a background check.
